The disclosed screw for orthodontics comprises: a body part implanted and fixed to alveolar bone at the rear of a posterior part； and a head part formed at an end of the body part. The body part comprises: a first fixing part including a first tapered part which is formed to be tapered and provided with a first screw thread having a predetermined pitch (P_1) on the outer circumferential surface thereof and at least one first pressure reduction groove, and a first extension part which extends from the first tapered part； a second fixing part including a second tapered part which is connected to the first extension part, has a second screw thread having a predetermined pitch (P_2) on the outer circumferential surface thereof and is formed to be tapered, and a second extension part which extends from the second tapered part； and a third fixing part connected between the second extension part and the head part and having an outer circumferential surface to be tapered.
