The present invention relates to a fixture for orthodontics. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fixture for orthodontics, which comprises: a fixing screw (100) inserted into the oral cavity and fixing oneself； and a fixation extension part (200) detachably attached to an upper portion of the fixing screw (100), having a specific length, and formed to connect other connection bodies to the end. Regarding a proper location, even if the fixture cannot be planted due to insufficient bone, the fixture of the present invention allows a dentist to apply force in an optimal direction for effective orthodontics on the teeth subjected to the orthodontics of a patient independently at a point of installation of the fixture in the oral cavity by connecting an elastic connection body, after longitudinally pulling the same, to the teeth subjected to the orthodontics of the patient and the end of a long extension part coupled to the fixture even when the fixture is installed in a specific portion sufficient with bone in the oral cavity.본 발명은 치아 교정을 위한 고정체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 구강 내부로 삽입되어 스스로를 고정하는 고정나사(100)와 상기 고정나사(100)의 상부에 탈부착이 가능하고 특정 길이로 길게 형성되고 끝단에 다른 연결체를 연결할 수 있게 형성된 고정연장부(200)로 구성되어, 적절한 위치는 뼈가 부족하여 고정체를 심을 수 없고 고정체를 구강내에 뼈가 충분한 특정 부분에만 고정체를 설치하더라도 고정체에 결합된 긴 연장부의 끝단과 환자의 교정 대상이 되는 치아를 탄성을 가지는 연결체를 길게 당겨 연결하는 것을 통해 치과 전문의가 구강내 교정체의 설치 위치에 비의존적으로 환자의 교정 대상이 되는 치아를 가장 효과적으로 교정하기위한 최적의 방향으로 힘을 줄 수 있게 하는 치아 교정을 위한 고정체에 관한 것이다.
