PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seaweed bed creation device including a block, an insect damage arrester and a seaweed cartridge.SOLUTION: An algal reef with a basket has an insect damage arrester 201 formed of a ceiling plane member 221 and a side member 211 placed on a block 301 and installed in a skeleton structure constituted of a support part and a horizontal part, and of a bottom member 241 provided with a recess 242 formed by recessing a part of a periphery to the inside, positioned on an upper surface of a block penetration part 303 having a penetrating center, and installed on a block 301 upper part so as to block a penetration part. A net is spread over each member surface in the insect damage arrester 201 to cover the inner part, and a detachable seaweed cartridge 261 is provided, which is installed on the recess 242 of the bottom member 241 of the insect damage arrester 201 installed on the block 301 upper surface. All the member surfaces are detachable. The bottom member 241 forms a cross as a whole. Each net spread on respective member surfaces in the insect damage arrester 201 is detachable from all the member surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】ブロックと食害防止装置と海藻カートリッジを備えた藻場造成装置を提供する。【解決手段】 ブロック３０１上に載置され、支柱部分、水平部分から構成される骨組み構造に設置された天井面部材２２１、側面部材２１１と、周辺の一部を内側に凹ませた凹部２４２を設けられ中央が貫通してなるブロック貫通部３０３の上面にあり貫通部を塞ぐようブロック３０１上部に設置された底面部材２４１とにより形成される食害防止装置２０１と、を有する籠付き藻礁。 食害防止装置２０１におけるそれぞれの部材面にネットを張って内部を覆い、ブロック３０１上面に設置される食害防止装置２０１の底面部材２４１の凹部２４２に設置される着脱が可能な海藻カートリッジ２６１とを備える。全ての部材面の着脱が可能である。 底面部材２４１は、全体として十字形をなす。食害防止装置２０１におけるそれぞれの部材面に張られたネットは、全ての部材面の着脱が可能である。【選択図】図１
