PURPOSE: A producing method of a red ginseng concentrate using mineral ionic water is provided to improve the body absorption rate of natural minerals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a red ginseng concentrate using mineral ionic water comprises the following steps: heating charcoal, germanium, seaweed, and barley buds at 1,000-1,300 deg C to obtain ash； adding water into the ash, and heating the mixture at 130-300 deg C for 10-24 hours to obtain the mineral ionic water； filtering the mineral ionic water, and inserting into an extractor with more water； and inserting red ginseng into the extractor, and heating at 80-90 deg C for 24-72 hours to obtain the red ginseng concentrate.본 발명은 미네랄 이온수를 이용한 홍삼추출농축액의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 숯, 게르마늄, 해조류 및 보리순의 각 건조 재료를 1000~ 1300℃로 가열하여 연소시킴으로써 회분을 수득하는 제1단계； 상기 단계에서 수득한 회분에 물을 가하여 130~300℃의 온도로 10~24시간 가열함으로써 상기 회분 중에 함유된 미네랄을 이온화함으로써 미네랄 이온수를 제조하는 제2단계； 상기 단계에서 제조된 미네랄 이온수를 여과하는 제3단계； 및 상기 단계에서 여과하여 준비한 미네랄 이온수를 추출기에 투입하고, 물을 더 가한 다음, 세척하여 준비한 홍삼을 추출기에 투입하여 80~90℃로 24-72 시간 동안 가열함으로써 홍삼추출농축액을 제조하는 제4단계；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
