PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stairway stretcher which has a specialized structure for use in a stairway and is compact and light-weight to reduce the labor for a transfer to make operations easier, can be compactly folded and stored and improves in safety and comfort of the stairway shifting with front leg handles and a hanger part.SOLUTION: The stairway stretcher is structured with a stretcher body frame foldable in a triangle, front leg frames 4 are crossed in an X-shape in a view from rear legs, plural intersections are made with plural fixtures fixed in the crossed intersections and the form is changed and a hanger part using the care receivers weight is attached, thereby, the structure is simplified and enables use as a wheelchair and a stairway stretcher having superior operability.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】階段で使用するために特化した構成で移送の労力を軽減するために小型軽量化し操作を簡素化し、またコンパクトに折り畳み収納できる、前脚把持部と吊り手を設置し、階段移送の安全性と快適性を向上させた階段用担架を提供する。【解決手段】担架本体フレームを3角形で折り畳み可能な構成とし、前脚フレーム4を後脚側からX字状に交叉させて、交叉する交点に設けた複数の固定金具で複数の交点を設けて形態を変化させ、また要介護人の体重を利用した吊り手を設置することで、構造を簡素化して操作性の良い車椅子また階段用担架として兼用できる。【選択図】図1
