PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher having improved convenience and efficiency when a caretaker gives an assist, that is a device used, with it soaked in a bathtub, when the caretaker gives a care-receiver such as the elderly and the physically impaired who cannot sit up by oneself in particular, a bath with the care-receiver lying thereon.SOLUTION: The stretcher includes: a stretcher body 2 first fences 8 disposed at the sides of the stretcher body 2 and second fences 9 disposed inside the first fences 8, where the closed state of the second faces 9 can be released by movement thereof in one direction. Consequently, when assisting a care-receiver (in getting on and off from the stretcher body 2 and when washing the body of the care-receiver), the caretaker can easily open the second fence 9 without taking a time and effort. Further, when the care-receiver takes the bath, the first fences 8 and the second fences 9 are disposed outside and inside the stretcher body 2 to constitute double fences, so that this configuration can secure the safety of the care-receiver.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】介助者にとって介助する際の利便性及び効率が向上される担架であり、高齢者や身体障害者等、特に自力で起き上がることができない被介助者を寝たまま入浴させる際に、そのまま浴槽に浸ける用途で使用される器具である。【解決手段】担架本体2と、前記担架本体2の側部に配される第1のフェンス8と、第1のフェンス8の内側に配される第2のフェンス9とを備え、第2のフェンス9は一方向への移動により閉状態を解除することができる。従って被介助者を介助する際(担架本体2に対する乗降や被介助者の洗身の際)に第2のフェンス9を容易に開状態とすることができるので介助者にとって手間とはならない。また、被介助者の入浴の際には第1のフェンス8と第2のフェンス9が担架本体2の外側、内側に配されて二重フェンスを構成するので被介助者の安全性が確保される。【選択図】図1
