The invention relates to compounds of formula (I): (I) R1-NH-CH(R2)-P(=O)(OH)-CH2-C(R3)(R4)-CONH-C(R5)(R6)-COOR7in which R1to R7are as defined in the claims, for the use thereof in treating and/or preventing eye inflammation, and more particularly for improving the eye healing process.
