PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening structure utilizing a down pipe which promotes greening at low cost: and to provide a greening method utilizing a down pipe by which greening is promoted at low costs.SOLUTION: The greening structure 11 utilizing a down pipe is such that a lattice net 14 is cylindrically wrapped around a down pipe 12 upward from its lower part 12a. The drainage pipe cover 15 is structured so that a concentrically doubled pipe including a body 16 and a cover 17 is fixedly formed via a horizontal ring 18. An upper space formed by the body 16, the cover 17 and the ring 18, of the drainage pipe cover 15 is utilized as a soil groove 19 for plants. A pair of right-angled hook-shaped nails Q are disposed in the vicinity of the soil groove 19 at the body 16 so as to face inward to each other. A pair of right-angled hook-shaped nails Q are formed at the outside surface of a bracing metal tool 20 supporting the down pipe 12. The cylindrical lattice net 14 includes a cut 14a in a longitudinal direction, and a pair of opposed edges 14b of the cut 14a, are respectively attached to the pair of nails Q of the bracing metal tool 20 and the drainage pipe cover 15.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】安価なコストで緑化推進できる竪樋利用の緑化構造と緑化方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】竪樋12の下部12aから上方に筒状に格子ネット14を巻き付ける竪樋利用の緑化構造11である。排水管カバー15の構造は、本体部16とカバー部17から成る同心円形二重管が水平状のリング部18で固着形成される。排水管カバー15の本体部16とカバー部17とリング部18で形成される上部の隙間が植物用の土壌溝19として使用される。本体部16における土壌溝19近傍に一対の90度フック形状の爪部Qを互いが内向くように備える。同様に、竪樋12を支える控え金具20の外側面に一対の90度フック状の爪部Qが形成される。筒状の格子ネット14は長手方向に切れ目14aを持ち、この切れ目14aの対向する一対の縁部14bを控え金具20と排水管カバー15のそれぞれ一対の爪部Qに係止して取付ける。【選択図】 図1
