The present invention relates to a water supply and drainage device for a pen. The device includes: a water supply pipe supplying water from the outside； a box-shaped water supply tub including a drain connected to the water supply pipe to store the water, supplied from the water supply pipe, in an internal space； a drainage pipe having an end connected to the drain of the tub to discharge the water stored in the tub； a U-shaped drainage trap pipe connected to the other end of the drainage pipe, but having a smaller diameter than the drainage pipe to discharge the water, discharged through the drainage pipe, while maintaining the water level； and a compressing cover making the water stored in the water supply tub by closing the drain with compressed air by compressing the air between the drainage pipe and the drainage trap pipe. According to the present invention, when the water supply tub is drained, the principle of a siphon is applied to the drainage pipe and the drainage trap pipe, and thus, polluted water is prevented from flowing backwards into the tub or odors are prevented, and also, when the water is supplied, air in the drainage pipe is compressed by the compressing cover and the drain of the water supply tub is completely sealed without a rubber sealing, and thus, the water is able to be stored in the water supply tub.본 발명은 축사 급배수장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 축사 급배수장치는 외부로부터 물을 공급하도록 한 급수파이프； 상기 급수파이프와 연통되게 설치되어 급수파이프로부터 공급받는 물을 내부공간에 저장하도록 한 배수공을 갖는 박스형태의 급수통； 상기 급수통의 배수공과 일단이 연통되게 설치되어 급수통에 저장된 물을 하부로 배수하도록 한 일자 형태의 배수파이프； 상기 배수파이프의 타단과 연통되게 설치되되, 상기 배수파이프 대비 작은 직경으로 이루어져, 배수파이프로 배수되는 물의 수위를 유지하여 외부로 배수하도록 한 U자 형태의 배수트랩파이프； 및 상기 급수통의 배수공에 삽입되어 배수파이프와 배수트랩파이프 사이의 공기를 압축시켜 그 압축공기로 인해 배수공이 밀폐되어 급수통의 물이 저장되도록 한 압축덮개를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 의해, 급수통에 저장된 물 배수시, 배수파이프와 배수트랩파이프에 적용되는 사이펀의 원리로 인해, 급수통의 내부로 오염된 물이 역류하거나 악취가 방지됨은 물론 급수시, 압축덮개로 인해 배수파이프 내부 공간에 공기가 압축되어 소모품인 고무실링 없이도 완벽하게 급수통의 배수공을 밀폐시켜 급수통의 내부에 물이 저장되는 축사 급배수장치를 제공한다.
