The present invention relates to an artificial reef for creating a seabed ecosystem. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an artificial reef for creating a submarine ecosystem which is fixedly installed on a seabed, provides a sufficient winding area for seeding ropes, facilitates an underwater work, and enables cultivation by only replacing ropes underwater, and thus enables a new cultivation method different from a conventional cultivation method using floats to be provided.본 발명은 해저 생태계 조성용 인공어초에 관한 것으로, 해저에 고정식으로 설치하고 충분한 종묘로프 권취영역을 제공하며, 수중작업이 용이하도록 하여, 수중에서 로프의 교체만으로 양식이가능하도록 함으로써, 종래 부구를 사용한 양식방법과 다른 새로운 양식방법의 제공이 가능하도록 하는 해저 생태계 조성용 인공어초를 제공하는데 있다.
