Fusion peptide comprising dhFas-1 domain and MMP substrate and pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory disease comprising the same
The present invention relates to a fusion peptide comprising dhFas-1 domain and MMP substrate and use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fusion peptide, comprising a) a dhFas-1 domain which is the fourth fas-1 domain of βig-h3 lacking H1 and H2 regions； b) a MMP (Matrix metalloproteinase) substrate； and c) a peptide comprising RGD motif and an use thereof for preventing and treating inflammatory disease. The fusion peptide of the present invention inhibits expension of rheumatoid arthritis by adhesion and migration of sinoviocytes and may be used for preventing or treating inflammatory disease by inhibiting infiltration of immune cells.본 발명은 dhFas-1 도메인과 MMP기질을 포함하는 융합 펩타이드 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 a) βig-h3의 네 번째 fas-1 도메인에서 H1 및 H2 부위를 제거한 dhFas-1 도메인； b) MMP(매트릭스 메탈로프로테이나제, matrix metalloproteinase) 기질； 및 c) RGD 모티프를 포함하는 펩타이드가 차례로 연결된 융합 펩타이드 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 염증성 질환, 특히 류마티스 관절염 부위의 활막세포의 부착 및 이동을 억제하여 류마티스 관절염의 확대를 막고 면역세포의 침윤을 억제시켜 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
