The block main body is manufactured by using a sheet type complex molding material formed with 5-25 parts by weight of a flame retardant agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture composed of a thermosetting resin composition and glass-reinforced fibers. The flame retardant agent is made of one or at least two substances from a group consisting of hydrate-based, halogen-based, antimony-based, nitrogen-based, and phosphorus-based substances.
