PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily manufacturing an inexpensive health sheet and the health sheet.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the health sheet includes a step for blending and kneading at least one of an artificial polymeric compound with hydrocarbon excluding phenol resin as a main component, or a primary carbonized product which is an anaerobic dry distilled thermolysis product of an organic solid waste with hydrocarbon excluding phenol resin as a main component, or a secondary activated carbon obtained by activating the carbonized product, or the mixture thereof, and silicone rubber a step for putting the above in a mold and pressurizing the mold a step for primarily heating the mold for 5 minutes at 180-200°C a step for secondarily heating the mold for 3-4 hours at 180°C and a step for taking out the sheet from the mold and cutting the sheet.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】製造が容易で、安価な健康シートの製造方法及び健康シートを提供する。【解決手段】フェノール樹脂を除いた炭化水素を主要構成成分とする人工高分子化合物あるいはフェノール樹脂を除いた炭化水素を主要成分とする有機固形廃棄物の無酸素乾留熱分解物である一次の炭化物、あるいは当該炭化物を賦活化処理した二次の活性炭のうち少なくとも一種もしくはこれらの混合物と、シリコンゴムとを混練する工程と、成形型に入れて加圧する工程と、180℃~200℃にて5分間の1次加熱する工程と、180℃にて3~4時間の2次加熱する工程と、成形型から取り出し裁断する工程とからなる。【選択図】図1
