PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably mount a suction cup to the body surface of a patient.SOLUTION: An electrode 10 is arranged inside a suction cup 1 formed of an elastic member. A flange shape external seal part 21 extending outward in a diameter direction is integrally molded and also a flange shape internal seal part 22 extending inward in the diameter direction is integrally molded in a tip opening edge 4 of the suction cup 1 over the whole circumference of the edge.
