PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form even a large-sized transparent resin structure having a total length of 10 meters or more by improving the prior art.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a large-sized transparent resin structure comprises: the first step of forming an FRP base body on the outside of a first male die the second step of removing the base body from the first male die to form an opening opened upward the third step of combining the base body used as a female die with a second male die formed to be slightly smaller than the opening to constitute a product molding die having a space part formed between both dies the fourth step of casting an acrylic resin into the space part and waiting solidification the fifth step of laminating a resin layer on the inner surface of the base body by solidifying the acrylic resin and forming a bottom wall and a side wall in the base body and the resin layer laminated in the inner surface thereof and the sixth step of separating the product molding die and forming a large-sized transparent resin structure having the resin layer formed in a non-continuous state without a three-dimensional joint on the inner surface of the base body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来技術を改良し、全長が10メートル以上の大型合成樹脂製構造物まで形成し得るようにしたものである。【解決手段】 大型合成樹脂製構造物とその製造方法は、第一工程で、第一雄型の外側にFRP製の基礎体を形成し、第二工程で、第一雄型から基礎体を取外し、上向きに開口する開口部を形成しておく。第三工程で、基礎体を雌型とし、開口部より一回り小さく形成した第二雄型と組み合わせ、両型の間に空間部を形成した製品成形型を構成する。第四工程で、空間部にアクリル樹脂を流し込み固化を待ち、第五工程で、アクリル樹脂の固化により基礎体の内面に樹脂層を積層し、基礎体とその内面に積層した樹脂層にて底壁と側壁を形成する。第六工程で、製品成形型を分離し、基礎体の内面に樹脂層を三次元の継ぎ目のない無連接状態で形成した大型合成樹脂製構造物を形成することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
