The large-sized transparent resin structure can be constituted from a plurality of divided bodies 10 consisting of the acrylic resin 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来技術を改良し、全長が10メートル以上の大型透明樹脂製構造物まで形成し得るようにしたものである。【解決手段】 大型透明樹脂製構造物とその製造方法は、第一工程で、雌型Rの開口部Gに、雌型開口部より一回り小さく形成した雄型Qを組合せ、雌型と雄型との間に成形空間Uを有する製品成形型Pを構成し、第二工程で、成形空間にアクリル樹脂2を流し込み、アクリル樹脂の固化を待ち、第三工程で、固化したアクリル樹脂により透明樹脂体3が形成され、該透明樹脂体が底壁4の周囲に側壁5を起立し、それらが三次元の継ぎ目のない無連続状態を成しており、第四工程で、製品成形型を分離し、上向きに開口する収容部23を備えた透明樹脂体を得られるようにした。また、大型透明樹脂製構造物をアクリル樹脂2より成る複数の分割体10から構成することも可能である。【選択図】 図1
