PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress plant growth around a stud in a high level.SOLUTION: A pool 40 is formed around a sheet hole 26 and a stud head 34. Water is pooled in the pool 40 and a plant growth inhibiting substance is added to the water pooled in the pool 40, e.g., from the stud head 34 to produce an aqueous solution.
