There is provided a device for vacuum storage and vacuum transport of seeds dry or wet by anaerobic, comprising: an enclosure (10) hermetic to any type of gas having at least one filling element (11) allowing, in open position of the element, the filling of the enclosure with seeds and further allowing, in the closed position of said element, the hermetic closure of the enclosure, and at least one valve (12) anti-return air allowing the transfer fluidic fluid by suction of air through the valve only from the inside of the enclosure to the outside of the enclosure. The device further comprises handling means (30,40) associated with the bag, to allow gripping of the bag by a user directly or by a hoist. Le dispositif comprend en outre des moyens de manutention (30,40) associés au sac, pour permettre la préhension du sac par un utilisateur directement ou par un engin de levage.
