The heat emitting member is provided with power source and emits heat. A pair of heating pack members is installed in order to come in contact with both sides of the heat emitting member and is filled with liquid such as gel and water. The outer cover is installed in both sides of the heating pack member and is equipped with a pair of laminating films filled with liquid such as gel and water.
