The present invention provides a white smoke removing device capable of rapidly removing steam and toxic substances in the steam and preventing reverse flow. The white smoke removing device includes: a white smoke generating unit enabling the steam generated in an industrial facility to flow inside with outer air and changing the steam into white smoke a housing having a horizontal container body structure, wherein the white smoke is sucked through an inlet on one end of the housing and a fluid is discharged through an outlet on the other end of the housing multiple mist spraying units formed at the rear end of the inlet of the housing and enabling subsidence and removal by growth of liquid drops of white smoke particles by spraying water or mist onto the white smoke sucked through the inlet an anion spraying unit formed on the outer side of the housing and enabling the subsidence and removal by growth of the liquid drops of white smoke particles by spraying the anion onto a liquid drop growing space so that the white smoke particles, which are not removed by the mist spraying unit, are anion-combined and an adsorption unit formed at the rear end of the anion spray unit in the housing and adsorbing the white smoke particles discharged through the outlet of the housing through a suction fan.본 발명에 의하면, 산업설비에서 발생되는 수증기를 외기와 함께 유입하여 수증기가 백연화되도록 하는 백연생성부 수평한 통체 구조를 가지고 일단의 흡입구를 통해 백연이 흡입되고 타단의 배출구를 통해 유체가 배출되도록 하는 하우징 하우징의 흡입구 후단부에 구성되어 흡입구를 통해 흡입된 백연에 물이나 미스트를 분사하여 백연 입자의 액적 성장을 통한 침강 및 제거를 가능하게 하는 복수개의 미스트분사부 하우징의 외측부에 구성된 상태에서 액적성장공간에 음이온을 분사하여 미스트분사부에 의해 제거되지 않은 백연 입자들이 음이온 결합되도록 하여 백연 입자의 액적 성장을 통한 침강 및 제거를 가능하게 하는 음이온분사부 및 하우징 내부의 음이온분사부 후단부에 구성되어 흡입팬을 통해 하우징의 배출구를 향해 배출되는 백연 입자가 흡착되도록 하는 흡착부를 포함하는 백연제거장치가 제공된다.
