Provided is an apparatus for monitoring whether user′s predetermined behavior occurs. An apparatus for monitoring user behavior comprises: an EMG measurement unit including a plurality of EMG sensors, each of which is attached to each location of the body of a user associated with a predetermined behavior to generate an EMG signal from each location； a direction measurement unit including one or more sensors, which are attached to the location of the body of the user associated with the predetermined behavior to generate a direction signal for determining the direction of the location of the body of the user； a signal processing unit configured to receive and process the EMG signal and the direction signal generated by the EMG measurement unit and the direction measurement unit； a reference value setting unit configured to pre-register a reference value for the predetermined behavior wherein the reference value includes a predetermined EMG signal and a predetermined direction signal as a reference for the predetermined behavior； a user behavior determination unit configured to compare a signal obtained as a result of the processing by the signal processing unit with the reference value registered in the reference value setting unit and to determine whether the predetermined behavior is taken by the user based on the comparison result； and an alarm generation unit configured to generate a predetermined alarm for the user when the user behavior determination unit determines that the predetermined behavior is taken by the user. According to the present invention, a user can receive an immediate alarm for his/her bad posture or behavior habitually taken out of awareness, thereby capable of being conscious of the bad posture or behavior and thus, gradually correcting the habit of taking such posture or behavior.사용자에 의한 소정의 행동 발생 여부를 모니터링하는 장치가 제공된다. 본 개시의 사용자 행동 모니터링 장치는, 복수의 EMG 센서를 포함하는 EMG 측정부 - EMG 센서 각각은 소정의 행동과 연관된, 사용자의 신체의 각 위치에 부착되어 각 위치로부터의 근전도 신호를 생성하도록 구성됨 -
