PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water containing superfine particles of gold useful for healthy water.
SOLUTION: By using an apparatus composed of a high pressure water storage tank, a mixed gas ejection nozzle of oxygen and hydrogen and a pressure container provided with an ignition device and a combustion chamber, a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen is burned in high pressure water on which gold foil pieces are floated, the gold foil pieces are heated by the combustion gas and, thereby, the water dissolving superfine particle of gold is produced.
