The present invention relates to a needle assembly for a medical skin procedure device. An embodiment of the present invention, the needle assembly is coupled to a syringe mounted in a gun to be poked into a skin, and comprises: a housing forming a plurality of needle holes in a front end, having hollow inside, having an opened rear end and forming a fixation unit at one side a body coupled to the opened rear end of the housing and forming an injection porter coupled to the syringe at a rear end a holder coupled to a rear inside of the body, installing a plurality of needles and forming an injection hole communicating with the syringe and a current applying member coupled to one side of the body and applying current to the needles.
