An object of the present invention is to provide a moving device that enables a person on a bed to easily move from a full reclining wheelchair to a bed without relying on training or physical strength, even for a weak child or an elderly person. A wire (7) of an electric motor (3) mounted under a bed (2) is passed through a pulley (4) mounted on a full reclining wheelchair (1), and an electric motor (3) combined with a moving board (5) lying down on the bed (2) is rotated. This is a moving device for moving a person from the bed 2 to the full reclining wheelchair 1, and by attaching the foot switch 6 between the electric motor 3 and the power supply, the speed can be finely adjusted and both hands of the caregiver can be used.
