A first process: 2000ml or a fixed quantity of Chinese pepper and pyroligneous liquor composite natural insecticide is manufactured by filtering the Chinese pepper and the pyroligneous liquor composite natural insecticide using a hydraulic linkage after evaporating moisture of 8000ml or the fixed quantity included in the pyroligneous liquor and simmering the Chinese pepper by gradually heating 1000g of well-ripen Chinese pepper fruit and 1000ml of pyroligneous liquor in the pot. A second process: 4000ml or a fixed quantity of the Chinese pepper and the pyroligneous liquor composite natural insecticide is manufactured by mixing 2000ml of the pyroligneous liquor and 2000ml of simmered liquid which is manufactured by gradually heating 1000g of well-ripen Chinese pepper fruit and 10000ml of water in the pot. A third process: 2000ml of simmered Chinese pepper liquid is manufactured by gradually heating 1000ml of well-ripe Chinese pepper and 10000ml of water in the pot.
