The present invention relates to liquid sterilizer which sterilizes without heating using ultraviolet ray when concentration harvesting liquid foods such as sauce, drinks, environmentally-friendly beverages, puree products, and the likes and microalgae (plankton) culturing medium. For the above characteristics, the liquid sterilizer comprises a casing (4) including an inlet (1) into which liquid sample is flowed and an outlet (3) to which the liquid sample is ultraviolet ray sterilized by ultraviolet ray lamps (2) inside and discharged. Inside the casing (4), upper end two layer flanges (5) and lower end two layer flanges (6) are interlocked using bolts (7) and nuts (8). In the open upper end of quartz pipes extended to the upper parts (5a) of the upper two layer flanges (5), and upper end quarts pipe protective caps (10a) are installed using rubber quartz pipe joints (11). In the lower parts (5b) of the two layer flanges (5), two layer quartz pipes (9a) having ultraviolet lamps (2) are fixed.
