In order to enhance convenience and accuracy in drilling a surgical hole for implantation of an implant, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a surgical guide for a dental implant, which comprises: a first step of obtaining a CT captured image and an oral scan image for the inside of the oral cavity of a subject, and obtaining a three-dimensional integrated image through matching of the obtained CT captured image and the oral scan image； a second step of setting a diameter, a position and a direction of the surgical hole to correspond to a predetermined implant implantation position from the three-dimensional integrated image； a third step of extracting a virtual drill image from a digital drill library according to the diameter of the surgical hole, and setting an outer profile of a guide body portion so that an introduction portion, through which a stopper portion protruded at an outermost periphery of the virtual drill image passes, is formed for preventing interference during drilling according to the direction of the surgical hole； and a fourth step of manufacturing the surgical guide according to the outer profile of the guide body portion.임플란트의 식립을 위한 시술공의 드릴링시 편의성 및 정확성이 향상되도록, 본 발명은 피시술자의 구강 내부에 대한 CT 촬영 이미지 및 오랄스캔 이미지가 획득되되, 상기 획득된 CT 촬영 이미지 및 오랄스캔 이미지의 정합을 통해 3차원 통합 이미지가 획득되는 제1단계； 상기 3차원 통합 이미지로부터 기설정된 임플란트 식립 위치에 대응되도록 시술공의 직경, 위치 및 방향이 설정되는 제2단계； 상기 시술공의 직경에 따라 디지털 드릴 라이브러리로부터 가상 드릴 이미지가 추출되되, 상기 시술공의 방향에 따른 드릴링시 간섭 방지를 위해 상기 가상 드릴 이미지의 최외각에 돌출된 스토퍼부가 통과되는 도입부가 형성되도록 가이드몸체부의 외부 프로파일이 설정되는 제3단계； 및 상기 가이드몸체부의 외부 프로파일에 따라 서지컬 가이드가 제조되는 제4단계를 포함하는 치과 임플란트용 서지컬 가이드 제조방법을 제공한다.
