PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping tool with easy operatability in which side wall parts are automatically simultaneously uniformly erected by a simple operation such as gripping the outside part of a shaping tool, sculpturesque columnar shaomais and sculpturesque xiaolongbao formed with proper amount of pleats can be finished into a uniform size by closing the side wall parts, anyone can easily, manually, efficiently, effectively, quickly shape dim sums of steamed products such as the shaomais and xiaolongbaos regardless of manual dexterity and without skill by solving problems of shaping by manual operation.SOLUTION: A dim sum shaping mold comprises upper members in which a plurality of slide wall parts are radially foldably fixed to the bottom part peripheral fringe and lower members in which a plurality of outside parts are radially foldably fixed to the pedestal part peripheral fringe facing the above slide wall parts, and the side wall parts of the upper members and the outside parts of the lower members facing the side wall parts are detachably engaged and coupled with each other.【課題】本発明は、手作業による成型の種々の問題点を解消し、単に成型具の外側部を握るという単純な動作により、側壁部が押し上げられ自動的に同時に均等に立ち上がり、該側壁部が閉じることにより、形の整った柱状のシュウマイや形の整った適量のヒダを形成した小籠包を均一の大きさに仕上げることができ、手作業で効果的に効率良く、しかも簡単に素早く、手先の器用さに左右されず、また熟練を要することなく、誰でも簡単にシュウマイや小籠包などの蒸し物類の点心を成型することができる操作性の容易な成型具を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、底部周縁に複数の側壁部を放射状に折り曲げ自在に固着した上部材と、台座部周縁に複数の外側部を上記側壁部に対向して放射状に折り曲げ自在に固着した下部材とからなり、これら上部材の側壁部と該側壁部に対向する下部材の外側部とをお互いに着脱可能に係合して連結した点心成型具である。【選択図】図１
