PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preparing comfortableness evaluation model and an apparatus for evaluating comfortableness, capable of appropriately evaluating the comfortableness of an individual user and improving the accuracy of the evaluation of the comfortableness, and an apparatus for providing comfortable environment to provide a user with a comfortable environment on the basis of comfortableness evaluation by the apparatus.SOLUTION: A prescribed reference stimulation value is stored beforehand, and a standard psychological state standardly generated when the reference stimulation of the reference stimulation value is imparted is stored beforehand as a standard psychological state for each attribute.
