PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for air purification treatment, which efficiently uses the necessary energy so as to reduce the energy load on the whole device without using an expensive catalyst or the like, achieving a continuously stable sterilization treatment for a long term without complex maintenance.SOLUTION: The device includes: a raw material supply part 1 which supplies raw material air to be treated a preliminary heating part 2 internally having internal heat exchange means, at which the air supplied from the raw material supply part 1 is preliminarily heated a reactor 3 at which the air supplied from the preliminary heating part 2 is oxidized at high temperature a high-temperature air channel L4 which connects the delivery part of the reactor 3 with the heat exchange means and a cooling part 4 which cools the air delivered from the heat exchange means through the high-temperature air channel L4. The air to be treated in medical facilities is preliminarily heated at 300°C or higher in the preliminary heating part 2, and heated to 400°C or higher in the reactor 3 under no catalyst conditions for sterilization and purification. The purified air is thus delivered.
