The present invention relates to a method for producing a combined long-life baked product with a filling layer, comprising the steps: provision of a chocolate portion (1) on a carrier device (2), shaping the chocolate portion (1) into a chocolate moulded body (5) forming an outer contour of the later filling layer by means of a first moulding tool (3) and a second moulding tool (4), wherein a shape of a circumference of the chocolate moulded body (5) is defined by the first moulding tool (3) and a shape of a cavity of the chocolate moulded body (5) is defined by the second moulding tool (4), wherein an inner space of the cavity is filled in at least one following step.
