The present invention relates to a perfluoropolyether for use in a light therapy treatment of a skin disease, wherein the skin disease is selected from the group consisting of skin dyspigmentation, varicosities, vascular lesions, telangiectasis, and benign pigmented lesions or alternatively a non- therapeutic use in a light therapy treatment of a skin condition, wherein the skin condition is selected from the group consisting of skin dyspigmentation, benign pigmented lesions and skin with tattoowherein the ligth therapy treatment comprises:(a) first applying a topical composition comprising an effective amount of the perfluoropolyether together with one or more topically acceptable excipients or carriers to the skin treatment area and then(b) exposing the skin treatment area of step (a) to one or more light outputs. It also relates to compositions containing the perfluoropolyether.La présente invention porte sur un perfluoropolyéther, destiné à être utilisé dans un traitement par photothérapie de maladies de la peau telles que la dystrophisation de la peau, les varicosités, les lésions vasculaires, la télangiectasie, et des lésions pigmentées bénignes. Lutilisation non thérapeutique dans un traitement de la peau par photothérapie se fait dans les cas de dystrophisation de la peau, de lésions pigmentées bénignes, de tatouage. Le traitement par photothérapie comprend : (a) lune application dune composition locale, sur la zone de la peau à traiter, comprenant du perfluoropolyéther ainsi quun ou plusieurs excipients puis (b) lexposition de la zone de la peau à traiter à une ou plusieurs sorties de lumière. Elle concerne également les compositions contenant le perfluoropolyéther.
