A method for detecting transfer of magnaporthe grisea effector protein in a rice root tissue. The method comprises the following steps: verifying a magnaporthe grisea pathogen associated molecular pattern MgNIP53; treating a rice root tip by using a fusion protein; treating rice by using an immunofluorescent staining method, and observing transfer of the fusion protein in a rice root tissue. According to the method, a magnaporthe grisea pathogen associated molecular pattern MgNIP53 is authenticated by using a series of methods, a rice root tip is treated by using a fusion protein, and finally, a rice root tip is treated by using an immunofluorescent method, so as to observe the transfer of the fusion protein in a rice root tissue. The method is simple, accurate and quick, thereby providing a strong reference for developing a biological agent for biologically preventing the rice blast effectively in the future.
