PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent possibility of causing malfunctions in which only a stopper is pulled out after puncture and storage of an inner needle into a shield is forgotten.SOLUTION: A hub 140 is displaceable between an initial position where the hub is positioned on the front end side of a lumen of the shield 20 and where the inner needle 50 penetrates an outer needle 30, and a retreat position where the hub is positioned on the rear end side of the lumen of the shield and where the inner needle is stored inside the lumen of the shield. A stopper 170 includes: an insertion part 72 inserted into the lumen of the shield and a base part 80 formed in the rear end of the insertion part.
