To provide: a bag with deodorizing function in which an odor-emitting substance is contained； and an evaluation method for accurately evaluating the deodorizing performance by a deodorant for use together with an odor-emitting substance in a bag without deodorizing function.SOLUTION: The evaluation apparatus 100 evaluates the deodorizing performance of a deodorant for use in a bag together with an odor-emitting substance. In this case, the bag 10 in which an odor-emitting substance and a deodorant are placed with its opening closed is placed in the airbag 20, the air bag 20 is sealed and left for a certain period of time, and then the air in the airbag 20 is collected.
