The topical cold anesthetic inducing device utilizes stainless tubes containing cooling substance that imparts numbness or localized anesthesia to the target area of the patient is disclosed. It is provided with plurality of tubing containing cooling substance that could be simultaneously used to impart numbness that is being stored and maintained at a low temperature in a dedicated chilling chamber or a conventional freezer unit prior to using. The tubing are contained in a dedicated containing member and mounting member that maintains low temperature before using it. Further, the device could be stored in a cooler device to further maintain the low temperature.
