The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the traumatology of the pelvic bones, namely, to the primary stabilization. The result is the development of a minimally invasive single-rod method of fixing the pelvic half-ring in a designated area, without control of the image tube in emergency operating conditions. This result is achieved by the fact that the apparatus for primary external fixation of the pelvic bones is fixed with the help of rods, which are inserted into the projected intermuscular-fascial triangle. The rod is inserted in the front-rear direction. The fixation of the apparatus is carried out with the help of brackets connecting with the help of ball assemblies and lock nuts. The holes of the staples are designed to fix them to each other using a locking mechanism in the form of a bolt with an M8 nut. The ball assemblies at the ends of the brackets fix the rods in the bones of the patient’s pelvis due to the M6 threaded connection and the installation of lock nuts, one on each side, and also allow you to select any angle of the brace and fix it rigidly with your hand without any additional devices. 4 il.Полезная модель относится к области медицины, в частности к травматологии костей таза, а именно к первичной стабилизации. Результатом является разработка малоинвазивного одностержневого способа фиксации тазового полукольца в определенно обозначенную область, без контроля ЭОПа в условиях экстренной операционной. Указанный результат достигается тем, что аппарат первичной наружной фиксации костей таза фиксируют при помощи стержней, введение которых осуществляют в проецируемый межмышечно-фасциальный треугольник.
