The present invention relates to a method for preparing a liposome preparation containing amphotericin B and a liposome preparation containing amphotericin B prepared thereby. According to the preparation method of the present invention, provided is a liposome preparation containing amphotericin B, in which free amphotericin B that is not enclosed in the liposome is maintained at a content of less than 1% and amphotericin B is stably enclosed in the liposome, thereby reducing cytotoxicity to normal cells to improve safety.본 발명은, 암포테리신 B를 함유한 리포좀 제제의 제조방법, 및 이로부터 제조한 암포테리신 B를 함유한 리포좀 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 따르면, 리포좀에 봉입되지 않은 유리 암포테리신 B가 1% 미만으로 유지되고, 리포좀 내에 암포테리신 B가 안정적으로 봉입됨으로써, 정상세포에 대한 세포독성이 감소되어 안전성이 개선된 암포테리신 B를 함유한 리포좀 제제를 제조할 수 있다.
