To provide a worker's fatigue status evaluation method and apparatus in which a state of fatigue of a worker is measured more in detail, and the fatigue status is properly evaluated.SOLUTION: Both states of a state of an autonomic nervous system and a mental state for constituting a physical state of a worker (examinee) are measured, and on the other hand, heat exhaustion is also measured. Based on these measurement results, the human fatigue status is evaluated. The present invention is characterized by performing evaluation based on 3-items of "heat exhaustion ", "mental fatigue" and "physical fatigue" being elements of leading the examinee to the fatigue state, as a fatigue status evaluation method of the examinee. In that, the heat exhaustion is evaluated by using the Lyapunov index of a pulse wave and WBGT( bodily sensation heat index) measured from the examinee. The mental fatigue is evaluated by using the Lyapunov index of the pulse wave and heartbeat fluctuation measured from the examinee. The physical fatigue is evaluated from a body motion area, an amount of body motion and the heartbeat fluctuation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】作業員の疲労の状態をより詳細に測定して、適格は疲労状況の評価を行う作業員の疲労状況評価方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】 作業員(被検者)の身体的状態を構成する自律神経系の状態と精神的な状態の両方の状態を測定する一方で、熱疲労についても測定し、これらの測定結果に基づいてその人間の疲労状況を評価する。本発明は、被検者の疲労状況評価方法として、被検者を疲労状態に導く要素である「熱疲労」、「精神的疲労」、「身体的疲労」の3項目をもって評価することが特徴である。その中で、熱疲労は被検者から測定した脈波のリアプノフ指数とWBGT(体感暑さ指数)を使って評価し、精神的疲労は被検者から測定した脈波のリアプノフ指数と心拍ゆらぎを使って評価し、身体的疲労は、体動面積、体動量および心拍ゆらぎから評価する。【選択図】図1
