The present invention relates to a height-adjustable dual plant cultivation management apparatus for root zone environment improvement, which removes the aged portion of the root zone so as to keep, from becoming bulky, the root zone of an edible (various kinds of wrapping vegetables, leaf vegetables, and root vegetables) or ornamental plant which is planted in a plant cultivation management apparatus, and forms a new root zone, thereby increasing yield and shortening harvest time through activation of growth and development.
