PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable or wearable fracture treatment device which enables execution of a continuous traction therapy for treatment of a fracture of the forearm, while enabling a patient to live a simple daily life without forcing the patient to take a posture of lying on the sickbed.SOLUTION: The portable or wearable fracture treatment device includes a splint part which is applied to and fitted on an affected part of the forearm and the peripheral part thereof so that the affected part of the patients forearm lies in the length direction of the forearm, a fitting part which fits the splint part on the patients forearm, a fixing part which fixes the portion of the patients forehand on the wrist side from the affected part, and a tension part which is supported by the splint part and pulls the affected part of the patients forehand in the direction toward the patients wrist side from the affected part of the patients forehand by drawing the fixing part in the direction toward the patients wrist side from the affected part of the patients forearm.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【目的】前腕の骨折の治療のため、患者に臥床姿勢を強いることなく患者が簡単な日常生活を送ることを可能にしながら、持続牽引療法を行うことができる携帯型もしくは身体装着型の骨折治療装置を提供する。【構成】患者の前腕の患部が前腕の長手方向に沿うように、前記前腕の患部及びその周辺部に当てられ装着される副木部と、前記副木部を前記患者の上腕に装着する装着部と、前記患者の前腕の患部よりも手側の部分を固定する固定部と、前記副木部に支持されており、前記固定部を前記患者の前腕の患部から前記患者の手側に向かう方向に引くことにより、前記患者の前腕の患部を前記患者の前腕の患部から前記患者の手側に向かう方向に引っ張る、引張り部と、を備えた携帯型もしくは身体装着型の骨折治療装置である。【選択図】 図1
