PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner needle for preventing the exposure of a distal end surface of a trocar when the trocar is inserted.SOLUTION: An inner needle 10 for a trocar, that is removably inserted to a trocar 100 for guiding a surgery instrument to the inner part of the body of a patient includes a needle part 36 and a cover part 38. The needle part 36 projects from the distal end of the trocar 100 to keep cutting the body of the patient during the insertion of the trocar 100 to the body, and is taken out through the trocar 100 after the trocar 100 reaches the inner part of the body.
