Disclosed is a trocar assembly. The trocar assembly includes: a bushing having a pipe shape； a body combined with the upper part of the bushing, and connected to the bushing； a needle assembly including a needle installed in the lower part to be inserted into the body and the bushing, and having the lower part of the needle located below the bushing； a needle cover assembly inserted into the body and the bushing and having the lower part located below the bushing, and reciprocated between a first position and a second position, which is higher than the first position, in a first direction, which is a vertical direction to the needle assembly, to make the lower part of the needle selectively exposed； and a grip assembly combined with the upper part of the needle assembly. The grip assembly includes an indicator indicating whether the needle cover assembly is able to be moved to the second position or not.
