Compounds of Formula I: and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful for the inhibition of HIV reverse transcriptase. The compounds and their salts can be employed as ingredients in pharmaceutical compositions, optionally in combination with other antiviral agents, immunomodulators, antibiotics or vaccines.La présente invention concerne des composés de formule I et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, utiles pour inhiber la transcriptase inverse du VIH. Ces composés peuvent également être utiles pour prévenir ou traiter linfection par le VIH et dans la prévention, retarder lapparition ou la progression du SIDA et traiter ce dernier. Lesdits composés et leurs sels peuvent être utilisés comme ingrédients dans des compositions pharmaceutiques, éventuellement en combinaison avec dautres agents antiviraux, immunomodulateurs, antibiotiques ou vaccins.
