The absorbing elements 10, 11 are configured such that the liquid-permeable surface sheets 3, 3 are arranged face-to-face, respectively, and a connection 12 for connecting the absorbing elements 10, 11 are provided in a portion along an outer circumference. Also, an easy-tear part 13 is provided along the inside of the connection 12 at least in one absorbing element 10.
