PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having a good appearance even after absorption of excrement while effectively deodorizing a bad odor caused by excrement such as urine. An absorbent article of the present invention comprises an absorber having an absorbent core containing a water-absorbing polymer and hydrophilic fibers, and a core wrap sheet covering the absorbent core. In the absorbent article, the polymerized deodorant material is arranged between the absorbent core and the core wrap sheet on the skin-facing surface side of the absorber, and the liquid is liquid between the polymerized deodorant material and the absorbent core. A permeable sheet is arranged, and the liquid permeable sheet separates the polymerized deodorant material from the absorbent core. The liquid permeable sheet is a multi-layered sheet having a first fiber layer and a second fiber layer having a larger inter-fiber distance than the first fiber layer, and the surface on the second fiber layer side faces the skin of the absorbent core.
