The present invention provides a remote image transmission system, a display device, and a method for displaying a guide thereof, which can display the guide providing a physical size with respect to an image which is wirelessly transmitted together with an image. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the remote image transmission system comprises: an imaging device transmitting a plurality of images captured by a plurality of imaging elements separated from each other to the display device； and the display device, by using the received images, generating a guide object representing physical information of an imaged object, and displaying at least one of the images together with the generated guide object.원격 이미지 전송 시스템, 디스플레이 장치 및 디스플레이 장치의 가이드 표시 방법이 제공된다. 본 개시의 일 실시 예에 따른 원격 이미지 전송 시스템은, 서로 이격된 복수의 촬상 소자 각각에서 촬상된 복수의 이미지를 디스플레이 장치에 전송하는 촬상 장치 및 수신된 복수의 이미지를 이용하여, 촬상된 오브젝트의 물리 정보를 나타내는 가이드 오브젝트를 생성하고, 복수의 이미지 중 적어도 하나의 이미지와 생성된 가이드 오브젝트를 함께 표시하는 디스플레이 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
