The present invention relates to a rotary spray pipe. The rotary spray pipe of the present invention includes: a spray pipe which has at least one spray nozzle along the length of a bottom surface in a pipe shape which has an open inside and sprays a disinfectant through the spray nozzle while moving the disinfectant which flows from the outside through the open inside； a motor which delivers power so that the spray pipe can rotate by being installed at a predetermined distance from one end of the spray pipe； and a pair of links which are installed to be connected between the motor and the spray pipe in order to rotate mutually and deliver a 360 degree rotary motion of the motor to the spray pipe as a rotary motion which has a predetermined angle.
