PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respectively independently determine whether or not a function of a sympathetic nerve and a function of a parasympathetic nerve are normal.SOLUTION: An electrocardiogram monitor 14 measures electrocardiographic data of a person to be diagnosed. A sympathetic nerve activity calculation part 24 calculates a sympathetic nerve activity index (LH/HF) on the basis of the measured electrocardiographic data, a CVRR calculation part 25 calculates CVRR on the basis of the electrocardiographic data, and a CCV(HF) calculation part 27 calculates CCV(HF) on the basis of the electrocardiographic data.
