PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a good activity balance of a sympathetic nerve and a parasympathetic nerve of a user.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 10 includes an acquisition unit 130, an output unit 110 and a control unit 190. The acquisition unit 130 acquires a first activity level that indicates activity levels of the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve of the user. The output unit 110 outputs first action information for encouraging one action selected using the first activity level from reference information. The reference information includes a plurality of pieces of information indicating actions that the user should take.
